AT TULSA – Was a three-year letterwinner . . . competed in 26 regattas.
SENIOR (2014-15) – Participated in eight regattas . . . recorded a top finish in the 2nd Varsity 4+ at the Knecht Cup . . . at the Stone Family Cup, tallied a win over Oklahoma in the 2nd Varsity 4+ . . . captured a silver medal at the American Athletic Conference Championship in the 2nd Varsity 4+ . . . registered a second-place finish in the Petite Final in the Lightweight 8+ at the IRA National Championship.
JUNIOR (2013-14) – Participated in 10 regattas . . . raced the Collegiate 4+ to a second-place finish at the Head of the Oklahoma . . . turned in a top mark in the Varsity 4+ at the Jayhawk Jamboree . . . recorded wins over Texas and Kansas State in the Varsity 8+ at the Longhorn Invitational and earned C-USA Boat of the Week honors . . . at the San Diego Crew Classic, posted a fourth-place mark in the Collegiate 8+ Grand Final and picked up C-USA Boat of the Week accolades . . . tallied a fifth-place finish in the Varsity 8+ Grand Final at the Knecht Cup . . . at the Lawless Cup, earned wins over Creighton and SMU in the Varsity 8+ . . . registered a second-place finish in the Varsity 4+ Grand Final at the C-USA Championship . . . at the IRA National Championship, raced the Lightweight 8+ to a second-place mark in the Petite Final.
SOPHOMORE (2012-13) – Participated in six regattas . . . helped the Lightweight 4+ ‘B’ post a fourth-place finish at the Head of the Hooch . . . at the Oklahoma Invite, guided the Varsity 4+ to a win over Central Oklahoma . . . raced the Lightweight 4+ to a third-place time in the Grand Final at the Knecht Cup.
FRESHMAN (2011-12) – Participated in two regattas . . . raced the Novice 4+ to a top finish at the Lawless Cup.
PRIOR TO TULSA – Was a member of the Indianapolis Rowing Center . . . coxed the Men’s Varsity 4+ to a second-place mark and the Women’s Varsity 8+ to a third-place finish at the Head of the Eagle as a junior . . . helped the Men’s Second Varsity 4+ post a seventh-place mark at the Speakmon Regatta during her junior season.
PERSONAL – A marketing and management major . . . born October 31, 1992 . . . daughter of Paul and Cindy Metzler . . . was tabbed to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll as a freshman, sophomore and junior . . . was named to the Tulsa Dean’s List as a freshman and junior, and the Tulsa Athletic Director’s Honor Roll as a sophomore . . . was named as a Intercollegiate Rowing Association All-Academic Honoree as a junior . . . picked up Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Scholar Athlete merits as a senior.
