2024-25: Raced in six regattas as a junior for TU.
  • Competed in the 4+ and 8+ races at the Head of the Oklahoma.
  • Turned in first and second-place finishes in the 2v8+ races at the Central Oklahoma Invitational.
  • Placed second in the 1v4+ Final C during the Sarasota 2K.
  • Defeated Creighton in a 2v4+ head-to-head.
  • Finished fourth, fourth and fifth in the three rounds of 2v4+ competition at the Lake Wheeler Invitational.
  • Took bronze in the 2v4+ at the Big 12 Championship.
 
2023-24: Competed in six regattas during her sophomore season.
  • Beat Central Oklahoma in a 1v4+ duel.
  • Then, defeated Creighton in 1v4+ and 3v8+ head-to-head races.
  • Finished fourth in the 1v4+ petite final during the Sunshine State Invitational.
  • Earned first and third-place finishes in the 1v4+ at the Natoma Invitational.
  • Turned in second, fifth and sixth-place marks in the three rounds of 2v4+ competition at the Lake Wheeler Invitational.
  • Took bronze in the 1v4+ at the American Championship.
 
2022-23: Participated in four regattas as a true freshman.
  • In a duel against Creighton, recorded a top time in the 3rd Varsity 8+.
 
PRIOR TO TULSA
  • Came to TU with one year of rowing experience and 12 years of gymnastics experience.
  • Was an Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association competitor, finishing 16th in the world when she was 16 years old.
 
PERSONAL
  • Parents are Tom and Lisa.
  • Has three siblings, Kelsey, Jordan and Bailey.
  • Her mother, Lisa (Christensen) Korb, played volleyball (1988-90) and soccer (1990-92) for TU. She also subbed in for a few events for the tennis and track teams.
  • Her uncle, Matt Christensen, was on the TU spirit squad.
  • Started rowing at age 17.
  • Before a regatta, she likes to listen to worship music.
  • Enjoys building model cars and metal model structures.
  • Involved in Angel Tree Prison Fellowship, Oakridge Christian Camp and Africa Freedom Mission.
  • An exercise and sports science major.
