TULSA: A two-time letterwinner … an American Athletic Conference all-conference cross country honoree.
2020-21
OUTDOOR: Did not compete.
INDOOR: Ran in one meet … at the Division I Challenge, clocked a time of 17:11.37 in the 5,000m run.
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all three meets … was an all-conference honoree … turned in a season-best time of 21:53.40 for 11th place at the American Athletic Conference Championship, helping Tulsa claim the team title … had a ninth-place performance with a time of 22:46.8 at the OSU Winter Open … recorded a time of 23:03.1 for 236th place at the NCAA Championship.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-year letterwinner in track … earned a national silver medal in the 5,000-meter run in 2017, and gold medals in the 3,000-meters and 5,000-meters in 2018 … captured a gold medal in the OFSAA 2019 cross country championship … earned a silver medal in the OFSAA 3,000-meter run in 2018 … finished first in the 3,000-meters and 5,000-meters in the 2017 and 2018 provincial championships … has personal-best times of 16:54 in the 5,000-meter run, 9:42 in the 3,000-meter run and 20.06 in the 6KM Road … also competed in soccer and archery.
