2023-24
CROSS COUNTRY: Was one of four women to race in all five meets.
  • Finished second on the team and 24th overall in 11:12.0 at the Cowboy Preview (3,000m).
  • Clocked a 21:33.75 performance at the Loyola Lakefront Invite (6,000m) to finish third on the team and 87th overall.
  • Led TU with a 21:55.2 finish at the Nuttycombe Invitational 6,000m-B Race, finishing 12th overall.
  • Took 26th place at the AAC Championship (6,000m) in 21:51.8 as Tulsa’s fourth finisher.
  • Led the Hurricane women with a 21:25.1 performance at the Midwest Regional, finishing 28th overall.
 
2022-23
OUTDOOR: Ran in three meets.
  • Took second in the 3,000m steeple at the Shocker Invitational and KT Woodman Classic with times of 11:13.10 and 11:03.60, respectively.
  • Competed in the AAC Championships 3,000m steeple, clocking a personal best time of 10:32.47 to take third place and receive All-Conference honors.
  • Also placed 29th in the 5,000m with a time of 18:33.08 at the AAC Championships.
  • Named the AAC Women’s Outdoor Freshman of the Year.
INDOOR: Ran in five meets.
  • Set a personal best in the mile run with a time of 5:04.21 at the Larry Wieczorek Invite.
  • At the Windy City Invite, clocked 9:53.40 in the 3,000m, a new personal best.
  • Competed in the American Championships 5,000m run with a personal best time of 17:27.72, placing 16th.
CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:
  • A seven-time letterwinner in cross country and track at Nixa High School.
  • Competed in four straight cross country state championships.
  • Competed in two track and field state championships, including a seventh place finish in the 4x800m-relay.
  • Finished career with three all-state honors and five conference championships.
 
PERSONAL:
  • Born on May 6, 2004.
  • Daughter of Toby and Emily Schaefer.
