TULSA: A four-time letterwinner … a two-time indoor track all-conference honoree ... a 2021 and 2022 cross country All-American.
2022-23
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets … finished 2nd at the AAC Championships with a time of 23:52.2 … competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional, finished with a time of 29:42.1 for 4th place … placed 15th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 29:16.0 to earn All-America honors.
2021-22
OUTDOOR: Ran in four meets … set a personal best of 28:50.06 in the 10,000m run at the Stanford Invite … at the Payton Jordan Invite, clocked a personal best of 13:43.77 in the 5,000m, finished 2nd place … competed in the AAC Championships, set a personal best of 3:48.64 in the 1,500m run, finished 4th place.
INDOOR: Ran in two meets … was an American Athletic Conference all-conference honoree in the 3,000m and 5,000m runs… set a personal best of 7:59.73 in the 3,000m run at the Windy City Invite … competed in the AAC Championships, finished the 5,000m with a time of 14:15.59 (2nd place) and the 3,000m with a time of 8:03.42 (3rd place).
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four meets … finished 11th at the Midwest Regions with a time of 30:28.84 … competed in the DI NCAA Championships, finished with a time of 29:28.5 for 38th place and earned All-America accolades.
PRIOR TO TULSA: A member of the Dublin City University (Ireland) cross country team… helped Dublin City to first place finishes from 2017-2020… tallied two 6th place finishes during his freshman and junior campaigns.
PERSONAL: Son of James and Amanda Dalton… has three brothers, Mark, Bryan and Andrew… started running cross country and track at age 9… dream car is a Tesla… favorite actor is Matthew McConaughey… hobbies include playing Playstation, watching Netflix, reading and going to the movies… working towards a business administration master’s degree.
