Karlee Gluszek was named assistant athletic trainer at The University of Tulsa in August 2022. She works with Golden Hurricane athletes in cross country and track & field.

Gluszek came to Tulsa following two years (2020-22) as the head athletic trainer and sports medicine instructor at the Dimmitt Independent School District. She oversaw all aspects of the sports medicine program for secondary and middle school students-athletes.

Before that, Gluszek was a graduate assistant trainset at Wichita State for two seasons (2018-2020), where she worked primarily with the men’s and women’s track and cross-country teams.

As a student at Kansas State, Gluszek worked with the Wildcat rowing, track & field and cross-country programs. Gluszek earned her bachelor’s degree from Kansas State in athletic training in May 2018 and a master’s degree in exercise science in May 2020.
