Tulsa, Oklahoma - The Tulsa women's tennis team captured its season opener with a 6-1 victory over Southwest Missouri State on Sunday at the Tulsa Southern Tennis Club.
The Hurricane captured the top-five singles matches and the doubles point. Senior Jennifer DeSpain, who is Tulsa's all-time winningest singles player, won her 77th match on Sunday.
