Tulsa Women One-Stroke Behind Leaders At NCAA Fall Preview

Auburn, Washington - The second round of the NCAA Fall Preview at the Washington National Golf Club resumed on Wednesday morning, after rain forced play to be suspended at 5:42 (PT) on Tuesday.
The third round was to begin on Wednesday at 10:00 am (PT). Tulsa made it into the clubhouse on Tuesday with a three-over par 291, which held up for third-place after completion of the second round.
Tulsa entered the third round on Wednesday with a 16-over par score of 592, just one stroke behind co-leaders Auburn and Texas. Rounding out the top-five teams are Ohio State with a 594 total, and Michigan State at 601.
Tulsa's three-time first-team All-American Stacy Prammanasudh carded a second round one-under par 71 for a two-round total of even-par 144, which is good for third place overall. Freshman Suzie Fisher scored a one-over par 73 for a 145 total, which is puts her in a five-way tie for fourth place.
Junior Maiko Senda also carded a second round 73 for a 150 total, while Julie Tvede and Dani Mallon shot rounds of 74 and 75, respectively. Senda entered the final round in 23rd place, while Tvede was tied for 49th place, and Mallon began the final round in 54th place.
The individual leader is Lorena Ochoa of Arizona, who scored a second round 68 on Tuesday, and has a five-under par score of 139, three strokes better than second-place Katherine Hull of Pepperdine.
Play will resumed on Wednesday at 10:00 am (PT) with a shotgun start.
