TU Women's Tennis to Host UT-Arlington This Sunday

Tulsa, Oklahoma - The Tulsa women's tennis team will host the University of Texas-Arlington at 10:00 a.m. this Sunday at The Michael D. Case Tennis Center at The University of Tulsa. There is no charge for admission.

Tulsa, 5-2, will look to snap a two-match losing streak and get back on the wining track against UT-Arlington (0-2). The Hurricane, ranked 51st nationally, began the 2002 spring campaign with a five match win streak before falling to 53rd-ranked Kansas, 4-3.

TU Head Coach Paige McMurray will look to become the school's all-time winningest tennis coach with a win. Currently, she is tied with former women's coach and present men's head coach, Vince Westbrook, for first place, each with 52 career wins. In her fourth season, McMurray is 52-25 (.675).
