Volleyball Matches Cancelled for Friday and Saturday

Tulsa's two volleyball matches this weekend have been postponed due to Hurricane Rita.

Tulsa, Okla. - Due to travel concerns around the league, Conference USA has postponed all but two volleyball matches this weekend. Included in the postponed contests are TU's match against Southern Miss on Friday night, Sept. 23, and at Central Florida on Sunday, Sept. 25.

The UCF match will be played on October 18th in Orlando, Fla. Tulsa will host Southern Miss on November 1st. The cross-town rivalry match with TU and ORU has also been moved to Novermber 8th. The Southern Miss and ORU matches are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., with the UCF match slated for 8 p.m.

Tulsa will return to action on Wednesday, Sept. 28, by hosting UMKC at 7 p.m., in the Donald W. Reynolds Center.
