Tulsa, Okla. - The University of Tulsa's women's tennis team (11-1) will put its new No. 47 ranking on the line as it heads west to face No. 42 Arizona and No. 49 New Mexico.

TU will face the Wildcats on March 2 in Tucson at 2 p.m. Arizona enters the match with a 5-5 record overall and a 2-2 record in the Pac-10. They are on a two game losing skid, but have won four of their last six.

The Golden Hurricane will then face the Lobos on March 4 at 10 a.m., also in Tucson, Ariz. UNM enters with a 5-1 record this spring and are coming off a win over nationally-ranked Kansas State.

Tulsa enters the weekend on a two game win streak after dropping its first contest of the season. The most recent of those was a 4-3 win over then No. 45 SMU to move the Hurricane to 2-0 in their scheduled C-USA matches.

TU's new ranking of No. 47 is the highest they have been ranked this season. It also marks the highest ranking the TU women have attained since being No. 46 in the Feb. 1 poll of 2005.
