Tulsa Women's Tennis Travels to Wilson/ITA Regional Championships

Tulsa, Okla. - The University of Tulsa women's tennis team wraps up the fall season this week, Oct. 21-25, when they head to the Wilson/ITA Central Region Championships at the Headington Family Tennis Center in Norman, Okla.
The Golden Hurricane is off to a great start this fall, winning seven flight titles in two tournaments. The team has also posted a combined 47-15 singles record and 17-7 doubles mark.
Caroline Beaulieu, Anastasia Erofeeva, Ewa Szatkowska and Marta Marcinkowska have all earned 6-1 singles records. Meredith Burns, Rebecca Row and Jie Zeng have posted 5-2 records, while Alexandra Kichoutkin is 4-2, and JoAnne Karaitiana is 4-3 this fall.
Tulsa also has a pair of unbeaten doubles teams in JoAnne Karaitiana and Alexandra Kichoutkin with a 6-0 record, and Anastasia Erofeeva and Ewa Szatkowska with a 3-0 mark this fall.
Qualifying rounds of singles and doubles begin on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 9 a.m. at the Headington Family Tennis Center in Norman, Okla.
