Tulsa Rowers Race at Lake Natoma Invitational This Weekend

The Tulsa rowing team will race at the Lake Natoma Invitational this Saturday and Sunday, April 20th and 21st, in Gold River, Calif. The Hurricane will compete in the Varsity 4+, Varsity 8+ and Second Varsity 8+ races.TU will take on six teams ranked in the top-25 of the latest CRCA/USRowing Coaches Poll, including #1 USC, #5 California, #9 Stanford, #12 Notre Dame, #15 Wisconsin and #17 Washington State, as well as Sacramento State and Kansas.
"The Lake Natoma Invite is a high-quality event," Head Coach Kevin Harris said. "We are excited to go up against some of the best teams in the country and we hope to put together some fantastic races this weekend. I am happy with the progress of the program this season. The team has made a large step forward, and racing in regattas like this only makes us faster."
