Laskutova Falls in Second Round of Shipyard Cup

The women's tennis team will now get ready for the regional tournamentSept. 29, 2014 HILTON HEAD, S.C. - The University of Tulsa's Ksenia Laskutova dropped her second round match in the qualifying draw against Nicole Frenkel, 0-6, 0-6, at the Shipyard Cup in Hilton Head, S.C.

Laskutova had a strong opening round match on Sunday, when she defeated Rebecca Weissmann, 3-6, 6-3, 6-2.

The women's tennis team will now prepare for the USTA/ITA Regionals set to begin on Oct. 16.
