Women's Tennis Falls to #6 Baylor, 4-0

WACO, Texas - The #25 University of Tulsa women's tennis team dropped its weekend's finale against #6 Baylor, 4-0, Sunday afternoon at the Hawkins Indoor Tennis Center.
Similar to yesterday's match against Pittsburgh, the Hurricane gave the Bears the early edge, after dropping doubles matches from the No. 1 and 3 positions.
Tulsa was unable to recover from the early deficit, as the undefeated Bears went on to take the No. 1, 2, and 3 spots to earn the team sweep.
The Golden Hurricane drop just its second match through its first eight, both coming against top-20 teams.
TU will now take six days off before returning home to take on #38 Purdue at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
