
No. 24 Tulsa Men’s Tennis to Take On Two Top-25 Opponents This Weekend

TULSA, Okla. – The University of Tulsa men's tennis team takes on two opponents that are nationally ranked in the top-25 this weekend. The No. 24 Golden Hurricane hosts in-state rival No. 8 Oklahoma State on Friday, April 1, at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center at 5:00 p.m. Tulsa travels to New Orleans, La., on Sunday, April 3, to take on American Athletic Conference foe and No. 23-ranked Tulane at 12:00 noon.
TU's junior Or Ram-Harel enters this weekend's matches ranked No. 53 nationally in singles play.
In Friday's match, TU will face an Oklahoma State team that has an overall 16-2 record. The Cowboys have three singles players and two doubles teams that are nationally ranked.
Tulane has compiled a 14-4 overall record this season, and has two singles player and one doubles team that are nationally ranked. Tulane's Dominik Koepfer is the No. 1 singles player in the nation.
These two matches are the seventh and eighth of an eleven-match stretch where Tulsa will have face only nationally ranked opponents. In the month of April, the Hurricane will take on five nationally ranked opponents, and four of them are currently ranked in the top-25. Tulsa has a 7-7 record against nationally ranked opponents this year.
