
Horsfall Named VolleyMob National Player of the Week

AUSTIN, Texas – VolleyMob announced its weekly national awards and named Taylor Horsfall National Player of the Week. This is the first time this season that a defensive player has won VolleyMob's National Player of the Week.
Sophomore Taylor Horsfall put forth a historic week for the Golden Hurricane. Horsfall posted a new Tulsa single-match record with 44 digs against UCF at home Friday night. Her 44 digs is also tied for first in the country for a single match this season. The 44 digs were also good for the No. 2 spot in The American Athletic Conference. Horsfall was not done there. On Sunday she posted 39 digs against USF at home. The 39 digs are third in program history at TU. With her performance over the weekend, she claimed the top spot and the third spot in the TU record books for single-match digs.
