Tulsa’s Anna Williams and Mia Darden Earn All-Conference Accolades

Tulsa women's soccer players Anna Williams and Mia Darden earned American Athletic Conference all-conference accolades, while Darden was tabbed to the all-rookie team, as announced today by the league office.

Williams, a junior forward from Kent, England, was tabbed to the first team.  She netted a team-leading nine goals and 22 points, while finishing second on the team with four assists.  Williams ended the season ranked fifth in points and goals, and 10th in assists among the league's best.  She attempted 38 shots, 21 of which were on goal for a 0.553 shots-on-goal percentage, and registered two game-winning goals.
 
A freshman forward from Viejo, Calif., Darden was named to the conference's second team.  She tallied seven goals and three assists for 17 points on the year, and ranked eighth in points and goals, and 19th in assists in the league.  Darden had 32 shot attempts, 14 of which were on goal, and had two game-winning goals.
