
Laskutova Earns The American Player of the Week

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference announced its weekly awards for tennis on Tuesday and Tulsa's Ksenia Laskutova earned the Women's Player of the Week honor.
The American selected Laskutova as the Women's Player of the Week after she knocked off the No. 26 ranked Lily Miyazaki of Oklahoma, 6-4, 1-6, and 7-5, in the No. 1 singles match. Laskutova also collected a doubles victory with Martha Matoula against the Sooners' Christie Brigante and Jasmine Asghar, 6-1, at the No. 1 doubles match.
