Greenville, S.C. – The Tulsa women's golf team is back in action this weekend, Friday-Saturday, Sept. 21-23, at Furman University's Lady Paladin Invitational. The three-day 54-hole tournament is played at the par-72 Furman University Golf Course.
Tulsa is coming off a season-opening victory at the Hobble Creek Fall Classic, where the Hurricane carded rounds of 295-292-290 for an 877 score for a two-stroke victory two weeks ago.
The Hurricane goes into the Lady Paladin with the 5-player team of senior Olivia Jackson, sophomore Taylor Dobson and a trio of freshmen ShaeLee Scarberry, Lorena Tseng and Jasmine Zhang.
The 17-team field also includes Augusta, Daytona State, Florida Gulf Coast, host Furman, Georgia State, Georgia Southern, James Madison, Kansas, Kansas Sate, Kennesaw State, Memphis, North Florida, Old Dominion, South Florida, Texas Tech and Coastal Carolina.
Tulsa tees off at 9:45 a.m. (ET) from Tee 10 with players from Memphis and Kansas State.
