Tulsa Men’s Tennis to Welcome LSU on Sunday

TULSA, Okla. – The University of Tulsa men's tennis team (9-3) will play host to the LSU Tigers (8-1) on Sunday at 12 p.m. CT on the indoor courts of the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
The Tigers come into Sunday's match on the back of a 6-1 win over SMU on Friday in Dallas, Texas. So far this season, LSU is a flawless 3-0 in road matches, including a win over No. 17 Tulane on Feb. 1.
The Golden Hurricane enters the match after splitting a pair of matches a weekend ago in Tulsa. Tulsa fell to No. 6 Texas, but rebounded on Sunday with a decisive victory over Cornell, 4-3.
TU is led in singles by freshman Kody Pearson. The Sydney, Australia, native is the reigning American Athletic Conference Player of the Week, as Pearson boasts an 11-1 mark in solo play to pace the Golden Hurricane.
