Tulsa Travels to Lone Star State for Tuesday Showdown with Texas A&M

TexasThe University of Tulsa men's tennis team (9-5) travels to Texas for just its second road match of the season on Tuesday, taking on Texas A&M (4-3) at 6 p.m. CT at the Mitchell Tennis Center.
 
The Aggies enter Tuesday's tussle with a 4-3 overall mark, most recently defeating Arizona State in Waco, Texas, 5-2. Texas A&M is 0-2 this season against nationally-ranked foes, but is 2-1 overall at home.
 
In last season's meeting between the teams, the then No. 7 Aggies claimed a 7-0 win over the Golden Hurricane at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
 
Heading into the week, head coach Vince Westbrook's bunch boasts a 9-5 overall mark. Despite last weekend's defeat at the hands of No. 11 Baylor, the Golden Hurricane own a 9-4 home record, including a ranked win over No. 14 TCU.
 
Tulsa is led in singles by senior No. 84-ranked Majed Kilani, who has a 7-3 mark in solo play in the dual season. Last weekend, the Tunisia native nabbed his biggest win of the season to date, notching a three-set victory over Baylor's No. 34-ranked Will Little.
