MILITARY APPRECIATION GAME / NATIVE AMERICAN HERITAGE DAY

Location: H.A. Chapman Stadium on the TU campus
Game time: 6:30 p.m.

Tickets on Game Day: Tickets will be sold at the Reynolds Center Ticket Office ONLY.
Ticket Office Hours: Monday-Wednesday from 8:30-5 p.m.
Game Day Reynolds Center Ticket Office Hours: 8:30-5 p.m.; re-opens at 5:30 pm to end of 3rd quarter. Tickets will NOT BE SOLD at any ticket booth.
Ticket Prices: $15, $30, $40, $50

STADIUM POLICIES:
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, a number of normal game day policies have changed this season. Spectators attending are asked to follow the guidelines and act responsibly
 
·       All fans will receive Temperature check at gates
·       Face-coverings (over the nose and mouth) for guests over the age of 10 shall be required at all times on The University of Tulsa campus and inside of H.A. Chapman Stadium. This includes entry/exit, movement throughout the stadium grounds, such as stadium seating, parking lots, concourses, bathrooms, concession stands and at your seat. Please bring your own face covering.
·       Strict physical distancing will be required at all times
·       Stadium seating has been reconfigured to promote physical distancing
·       No congregating in common or seating areas
·       Entrance gates, plaza areas, concession stands and seating has been reconfigured for safe physical distancing
·       Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the stadium
·       There will be a limited concession menu with pre-packaged items
·       There will be increased notifications throughout the stadium (signage, PA announcements, video board messages, customer service text line)
 
MASK/ FACE COVERING REQUIREMENT
Face coverings (over the nose and mouth) for guests 10 and older are required at all times on TU's campus and inside of H.A. Chapman Stadium. This includes entry/exit, movement throughout the stadium grounds, in and around stadium seating, parking lots, concourses, bathrooms, concession stands, and at your seat. Plastic face shields can be worn in addition to, but not in replace of, a face covering over the nose and mouth.
 
REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE / TEXT MESSAGING SYSTEM:
Fans who need any assistance, have questions, or need to report anyone not following proper stadium polices can text our new text line at 918-280-8600 with their issue and seat location and assistance will be sent to your area.
 
PARKING:
Many on-campus parking lots on game days are reserved for Golden Hurricane Club members. Please contact ghc@utulsa.edu for parking options and donations. For 2020, FREE on-campus parking lots are available (Kep/Law Lot located at 4th and Harvard, and McFarlin Library Lot located at 4th and S. College)
 
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS/OTHER VISITORS:
Season Ticket Holders and other visitors to the stadium are requested to enter through Gates 1, 1A, 2, 3, 5, 6A & 7.
 
WILL CALL:
TU Player Pass Will Call is at Gate 2 on the northwest side of the stadium. Visiting Team Will Call /Tulsa Spirit Team Will Call is located at Gate 1A on the southwest corner of the stadium.
 
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
The University of Tulsa enforces a Clear Bag Policy for all home football events. The following items are prohibited in H.A. Chapman Stadium: bags larger than 12"x6"x12", firearms or weapons of any type, camcorders, umbrellas, folding chairs, outside food and beverages, alcoholic beverages, thermos jugs and ice chests. Artificial noisemakers of any kind are prohibited. Use of any tobacco product (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all seating areas, restrooms, elevators, press box levels and on the field. Heightened security measures are in effect. Bag and purse checks will occur prior to entering the stadium.
 
HANDICAP:
Special entrances are provided at Gates 1, 1A, 6A and 7 for those guests with special needs and disabilities. Handicap Parking is available in the south corner of the Lorton Village Parking Lot, west of the stadium. These spaces are reserved strictly for those vehicles displaying a valid Handicap Parking Permit. Handicap seating is available on the west side of the stadium in Sections 114-117, 109, 110, Section 113 on the south side, and Sections 105-108 on the east side of the stadium. Contact the TU Athletic Ticket Office at 918.631.4688 for tickets in the handicap seating areas.
 
RE-ENTRY POLICY
No Re-ENTRY.
 
EMERGENCIES: 
A first aid station is located in the southwest corner of H.A. Chapman Stadium. EMSA is present during each game. If an emergency arises, ask the nearest usher for assistance. The emergency phone number for H.A. Chapman Stadium is 918.631.3664.
 
TELEPHONES:
There are no public pay phones located in H.A. Chapman Stadium.
 
 ATM:
There are no ATMs located within H.A. Chapman Stadium. The University of Tulsa encourages contactless transactions.
 
PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM:
The PA system is intended primarily for spectators' information concerning the game. Please do not request use of the PA system to make social contacts.
 
RESTROOMS:
Restrooms are located underneath the stands on the east side of H.A. Chapman Stadium.  On the west side, restrooms can be located next to the concession stands in Thomas Plaza. 
 
LOST & FOUND:
Lost and found items can be dropped off and claimed at the Security Command Post on the west side of the stadium, north of the Thomas A. Johnston Atrium, under the stands behind Section 116.
 
CONCESSION STANDS:
Concession stands and food vendors are located throughout the stadium. Main concession areas include underneath the east and west sides of the stadium. 
 
FIELD REGULATIONS/PRESS BOX:
No person is permitted on the playing field, before, during, or after the game without proper credentials as issued by The University of Tulsa Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Press Box access is strictly prohibited without proper credential.
 
SECURITY COMMAND POST:
Requests for assistance should be directed to the ushers located throughout the stadium, or to the Security Command Post (located under the west stands).
