THE WOODLANDS, Texas –– Tulsa sophomore Lorena Tseng is in second place after scoring a 2-under par 142 in the first two rounds of the ICON Invitational Monday at the par-72 Tournament Course at The Woodlands Country Club. The Hurricane women sit in 8^th place with a score of 13-over par 589.

Tseng turned in an even-par 72 in the opening round and had a 2-under par 70 in second round action, while as a team, the Hurricane carded rounds of 303 and 286.

Playing as an individual, sophomore Jasmine Zhang had rounds of 71-74 for a 1-over par 145 for 15^th place.

Fellow sophomore Sammy Liu shot 8 strokes better in the second round with a 2-under par 70 after an earlier round of 78. Liu sits in 34^th place, while junior Haley Greb's score of 150 is good for 43^rd place.

Another junior, Taylor Dobson, had a round of 79, but improved in second-round place with an even-par 72 for a 151 total. Freshman Lilly Thomas is in 55^th place with a total score of 152.

Kent State and Purdue share the team-lead going into Tuesday's final round with scores of 577.
