Tulsa Women’s Soccer Team Hosts Arkansas-Pine Bluff in Final Regular Season Contest

The Tulsa women's soccer team will host Arkansas-Pine Bluff in the final regular season contest of the season on Sunday, April 11 beginning at 1:00 pm at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium. After the game, TU will honor seniors Gabriella Borboa, Averee Dubach, Jada Holmes and Neha Igwe.

Tulsa was originally slated to play SMU but that game was cancelled due to player availability within the SMU program.

The game is not open to the general public, but catch the action live on ESPN+. TU fans can subscribe to ESPN+ to watch Golden Hurricane basketball, soccer, softball and volleyball. The Golden Hurricane has a 1-6 mark on the season. TU is led by four players that have scored one goal apiece, including Gabriella Borboa, Liliana Fernandez, Mia Darden and Emily Brandenburg. Emma Malsy has logged the majority of minutes in goal and has picked up 32 saves for a 0.667 saves percentage and has allowed 16 goals for a 2.84 goals-against average. Raegan Beeding has played two games between the posts, picking up 11 saves for a 0.733 saves percentage and allowed four goals for a 2.95 GAA.

Arkansas-Pine Bluff has a 4-8 overall record and went 1-7 in Southwestern Athletic Conference play. Tobi McCoy and Iyannah Hicks both have a team-best seven goals, while five others have at least one score. Kimberly Moss has played the majority of minutes in goal, picking up 46 saves for a 0.708 saves percentage and allowing 19 goals for a 1.90 GAA.

This is the first meeting between the two teams on the soccer pitch.
