Tulsa Women’s Soccer Team Hosts Creighton and Missouri State this Weekend

The Tulsa women's soccer team will host Creighton and Missouri State on Thursday, August 26 and Sunday, August 29 beginning at 8:00 pm and 2:00 pm, respectively, at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium.
The Golden Hurricane is 0-2 on the season after falling to both Pittsburgh and UTSA in the BancFirst Cowgirl Soccer Invitational hosted by Oklahoma State in Stillwater.
The Bluejays are off to a 2-0 start, topping Montana (2-1) and Drake (2-0). Abigail Santana has recorded two goals, while Cristina Garriga and Hailey Rothwell both have one score. Keelan Terrell has logged all 199:14 in goal on the season, picked up five saves for a 0.833 saves percentage and allowed one goal for a 0.45 goals-against average.
This will be the seventh meeting between Tulsa and Creighton as TU has a 4-2 lead in the all-time series.
Missouri State dropped a 6-1 decision at Murray State and a 2-1 decision at Kansas City in the opening weekend. Grace O'Keefe and Kate Schroeder have each scored one goal on the season, while Katherine Montgomery and Camielle Day have split time in goal for a combined eight saves for a 0.500 saves percentage and allowed eight goals for a 4.0 GAA.
Tulsa has a 13-7-2 lead in the all-time series over Missouri State.
