
Tulsa Men’s Soccer Hosts UCF in Final Regular Season Home Game on Friday Night

Tulsa's seventh-ranked men's soccer team will play host to UCF in the final regular season home game on Friday, October 28 beginning at 6:00 pm at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium. Prior to the contest, TU will honor its senior class.

Fans unable to attend the match in person can watch it live on ESPN+. TU fans can subscribe to ESPN+ to watch select Golden Hurricane basketball, soccer, softball and volleyball games. Tulsa has an 8-2-2 mark on the season, including a 2-0 win over #10 Charlotte, a 3-0 win over #11 Missouri State and a 1-1 tie with #3 Kentucky, and are 4-2-1 in the league. TU has not lost a regular season home game in three years, tallying a 17-0-4 mark in that time, including a 5-0-1 record this season.
The Golden Hurricane ranks first in penalty kicks (1.00), 11th in shutout percentage (0.500), 17th in win-lost-tied percentage (0.750), 19th in scoring offense (2.33), 23rd in goal differential (17), 30th in total assists (28), 33rd in total points (84), 33rd in team goals-against average (0.917), 34th in total goals (28) and 38th in saves percentage (0.780) among the nation's best.
Malik Henry-Scott and Alex Meinhard both have a team-best six goals on the season, while 10 others have at least one goal. Meinhard also has a team-leading five assists, while Luke Jeffus has four and 11 others have at least one assist. Alex Lopez has logged 900 minutes in goal, picked up 31 saves and allowed nine goals for a 0.90 GAA, while Cedrik Stern has played 180 minutes between the posts, recorded five saves and a clean sheet.
UCF has a 6-5 overall mark on the season, including a 3-4 record in the league. Lucca Dourado has tallied 11 goals, which is half of their season total, but nine others have at least one score. Gino Vivi and Mauricio Villalobos both have a team-best five assists. Juanvi Munoz has played all 990 minutes in goal, recorded 39 saves for a 0.709 saves percentage and allowed 16 goals for a 1.45 goals-against average.
Tulsa has a 14-6-3 edge in the all-time series over the Knights, including 2-1 advantage last season.
