Tulsa’s Gunnar Leading Field at Trinity Forest Invitational

DALLAS, Texas –– Tulsa freshman Lovisa Gunnar sits in a first-place tie after two rounds Monday at the Trinity Forest Invitational as second round play was suspended due to darkness. Six teams completed the second round, while nine teams were still on the course when play was suspended.
As a team, Tulsa sits in third place heading into Tuesday's final round with its 608 total score for 36 holes, following scores of 312 and 296. Texas Tech and New Mexico are in first and second-place after unfinished second rounds.
Gunnar is tied for the individual lead with New Mexico State's Alison Gastelum after carding rounds of 72 and 70 for a 2-under par score of 142 at the par-72 Trinity Forest Golf Club.
Haley Greb is in ninth place after identical rounds of 75, while Lily Thomas' score of 158 is good for 46th place. Lorena Tseng rebounded from an uncharacteristic opening round for of 86 with a second round 1-over par 73 for a 50th-place score of 159.
Tita Loudtragulngam is in 77th place with a 166 score.
The final 18 holes will be played on Tuesday following the completion of the second round.
