Tulsa’s Avery Kalsu Named to American Athletic Conference Honor Roll

IRVING, Texas – Tulsa volleyball's Avery Kalsu was named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll, announced by the league Monday. It's the second straight honor roll selection for the senior setter from Dripping Springs, Texas.

Kalsu was all over the court in Tulsa's 3-1 and 3-0 wins over Tulane last week. She finished the week with 79 assists at a rate of 11.29 assists per set, peaking at 46 assists on Friday in helping the Hurricane reach .255 in hitting percentage on the week. On defense, she averaged 4.57 digs per set on the way to digging out 32 Green Wave attacks, 17 digs on Friday and a team-high 15 digs on Sunday.

Tulsa wraps up the regular season Wednesday at Charlotte (11-19, 4-14 AAC) at 1 p.m.
