SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A trio of University of Tulsa track women wrapped up the NCAA West Regionals Saturday at Sacramento State's Hornet Stadium. Juniors Layla Roebke, Chloe Hershenow and sophomore Anna Mager end their seasons after successful outdoor campaigns for the Golden Hurricane.

Roebke kicked off the action for TU in the steeplechase quarterfinal, where she recorded a 10:16.18 finish for 22nd place, missing out on qualifying for the NCAA Championships by only four spots.

After becoming the first Tulsa hurdler since 2009 to qualify for the 400-meter hurdles quarterfinal at the regional level, Mager clocked a 58.76 finish as the 18th overall finisher.

Hershenow (45th) concluded the four-day meet with a 17:08.35 performance in the 5,000-meter semifinal.

The top 12 finishers from each event advanced.

Representing the Hurricane at the NCAA Championships in Austin, Texas, will be seniors Scott Beattie and Cormac Dalton in the 10,000-meters. The pair will race at 9:08 p.m. central time on June 7.
