, Okla. – The Tulsa men's soccer team plays host to longtime rivals Creighton on Tuesday evening at the Hurricane Soccer Stadium.
 
Kickoff against the Bluejays is set for 7:00 p.m. and will air on ESPN+. Jeremie Poplin and Bradley Bourbeois will bring fans the action.

Fans unable to attend the match in person can watch it live on ESPN+.  TU fans can subscribe to ESPN+ to watch select Golden Hurricane basketball, soccer, softball and volleyball games.  ESPN+ is offered at $9.99/month or $99.99/year.  To subscribe, go to plus.espn.com.  Fans will be able to access ESPN+ content only after they have subscribed.
 
Thursday's game is Dollar Day. Tickets to the match are $1 general admission and select concessions (hot dogs, small sodas) are available for a dollar as well. The Golden Hurricane boast a 3-2-1 record, 1-0 in The American heading into Tuesday's matchup. Tulsa is coming off a 2-0 win in the conference opener against Florida Atlantic. Bowen McCloud scored his first collegiate goal, which proved to be the game winner, and earned The American Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week honors. Mike Eijgendaal grabbed the insurance goal late in the game.
 
Malik Henry-Scott leads the Tulsa offense with four goals this season, while Sergio Baena and Eijgendaal have each added two. Three other Hurricane have tallied one goal. Tom Protzek has recorded a team-best three assists, while Baena and Yuki Sekiguchi have each logged two.
 
Junior goalkeeper Alex Lopez has played every minute this season while making 15 saves. He picked up his first shutout in the season in the win against FAU, giving him 13 for his career. This moved him into a tie with Tyrel Lacey (2005-08) for second all-time in school history. Jake McGuire (2013-16) tops the list with 17 career goalkeeper clean sheets.
 
The Tulsa men's soccer team has not lost a regular season home game in three years, tallying a 20-0-5 mark in that time, including a 2-0-1 record at the Hurricane Stadium this year.  TU's last regular season home loss came against Cincinnati (1-0) on October 19, 2019.
 
The Bluejays bring a 2-3-2 record to Tulsa but are coming off a statement victory in its BIG EAST opener against No. 13 Marquette, winning 2-1. Alfie Pope leads the attack with four goals, while Andrija Savic has netted twice, and four others have recorded a goal. Nathan Schur has been the primary goalkeeper, starting and playing all of every game except one. Sophomore Blake Gillingham was given the starting nod against Marquette and picked up his first win.
 
Creighton holds a 21-12-3 edge in the all-time series. The teams are tied 7-7-2 in games played in Tulsa. The teams have met the past two NCAA Tournaments with Tulsa winning in 2021, 1-0, and Creighton winning 2-1 last season. Both games were played at Hurricane Soccer Stadium.
