Facing South Florida
• This is the 13th meeting between Tulsa and South Florida.
• Tulsa will be looking for its first win in the series as USF holds a 12-0 series advantage.
• USF has identical 6-0 records at home and on the road in the series.
• The closest game in the series was a 3-point USF home win, 66-63, on Jan. 19, 2021.

• Tulsa opened the American Athletic Conference season with a road win at Memphis (71-62) and home win over Tulane (72-54), before falling to Temple (58-48) at home.
• The Hurricane won those two games by a 13.5 margin, while shooting .474 percent from the field and .381 from 3-point range.
• In Tulsa's 10-point loss against Temple, the Hurricane had a season-low .280 field goal percentage and shot .240 from 3-point range.
Finishing Non-Conference Play
• Tulsa closed out the non-conference season on Dec. 20 with a 48-47 last second win over Southeastern Louisiana at the Maui Classic.
• Tulsa finished the non-league campaign with a 10-3 record and a five-game winning streak.
• In the Angie Nelp era, Tulsa has posted a 30-7 non-conference record in regular season play.

• In Tulsa's trip to the Maui Classic, free throws late in both contests became critical to Tulsa wins over Texas Tech and SE Louisiana.
• After leading by 17 points, Tulsa held off a furious Texas Tech rally by converting 10-of-12 free throws in the final 1:14 to claim a 66-58 victory.
• A game later against SE Louisiana, Tulsa went to the line just six times, making four, but none were more important until the final 0:01 of the game when Delanie Crawford tied the game at 47 with her first make and her second gave Tulsa a 48-47 victory.

• Over the past eight games, Tulsa has shown their blocking ability as the Hurricane has averaged 5.5 blocks (44) in that stretch.
• In the first eight games of the season, Tulsa averaged 3.4 blocked shots thus increasing its total by 2.1 over the last eight games.

• Poindexter needs 153 more points to tie Lila Osceola (1,301 pts, 1996-00) for seventh place.
• She became just the 12th player in school history to reach the 1,000-point plateau.
• She reached the 1,000-point mark by scoring 15 points at TCU on Dec. 1, which was her 66th career game played … she became the second-fastest to reach 1,000 career points, behind Jillian Robbins (2003-07), who accomplished the feat in 63 games.
• Poindexter needs seven more blocks to tie Chanel Johnson (127 blks, 2007-08) for fourth place.

• Crawford has a .460 field goal percentage, .412 from three-point range and .820 from the charity stripe.
• She is also second on the team for rebounds (102) for a 6.4 average and tied for first in assists (37) for a 2.3 average.
• Crawford has 14 double-digit scoring games and leads Tulsa with three double-figure rebounding games and three double-doubles.
• Crawford scored 20 of Tulsa's 48 points against SE Louisiana, and the most important ones came with 0:01 left in the game when she made 2-of-2 free throws for a 48-47 victory.
