Tulsa Golf to Compete in Charles Schwab Women’s Collegiate

FORT WORTH, Texas –– The Golden Hurricane women's golf team is set to wrap up its fall schedule with the Charles Schwab Invitational this Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 28-29 at the Ridglea Country Club North in Fort Worth, Texas.
The Ridglea Country Club North plays to a par 72 and is 6,298 yards in length. The teams will play 54 holes, starting with 36 on Monday and ending with 18 holes on Tuesday. Both days will have an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. Final round pairings and tee box assignments will be determined by team scores.
The 11-team field includes Baylor, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Rutgers, SMU, hosts TCU, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and Wake Forest.
Tulsa is coming off an 11th place finish at the Dale McNamara Invitational two weeks ago. Senior Lovisa Gunnar placed ninth overall in the tournament at Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow, carding a 6-over 219 in the three rounds. Junior Jenni Roller competed as an individual and finished 18th. She birdied her final two holes to finish with a 223 score over the two days.
The two will both be in action on Monday and Tuesday. Joining them are Allyn Stephens, Sydney Seigel and Norah Seidl.
