NEW PROVIDENCE, Bahamas – The Tulsa women's golf team opens the spring season this week, Monday-Wednesday, Feb. 12-14, at the Nexus Collegiate at the Albany Golf Club.

Tulsa is one of 11 teams competing at the par-72, 6,544-yard course, including host Texas Tech, Boston College, Houston, Illinois, Iowa State, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi State, North Texas and UTSA.

Teams will get underway Monday morning at 7:45 a.m. (ET)/6:45 a.m. (CT).

Tulsa is coming off a fall season that saw the Golden Hurricane place among the top-5 in three of four tournaments, including a two-stroke victory at their own Dale McNamara Invitational. The Hurricane also finished fourth place at The Ally to close out the fall campaign.

Tulsa goes into the Nexus Collegiate with sophomores Grace Kilcrease and Jenni Roller, redshirt freshman Allyn Stephens, graduate transfer Sirah Steinhoff and junior Lovisa Gunnar. Freshman Norah Seidl will play the event as an individual.

Kilcrease had a team-best 71.4 stroke average in four fall tournaments, while Roller turned in an average of 72.3. Kilcrease's best performance was fifth place at The Ally, while Roller placed fourth at the Dale McNamara Invitational. Stephens had Tulsa's best finish of the fall season with second place at her first career tournament, the season-opening Sam Golden Invitational.

Gunnar turned in a 73.7 stroke average in the fall, while Steinhoff will be playing her first collegiate tournament in the US after her mid-year transfer from Hamburg, Germany.

Seidl will see action in just her third career tournament after playing in just two fall events.
