Men's Tennis Finishes Main Draw Action at American Individual Championships

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa's run in the main draw came to an end on day two of the American Individual Championships.

In doubles play, Timothy Carlsson Seger and Gus Tettamble had a bye through yesterday's round, before today dropping a close tiebreak battle to Wichita State's Ilias Worthington and Alejandro Jacome, 7(5)-8(7).

Takeshi Taco advanced to the quarterfinals after yesterday's match, which he won over a UAB player. Today, he fell in a hard-fought three-set match to six seed Maxime Dubouch, 6-3, 3-6, 3-6 to be elimated from the bracket.

With those results, main draw action is complete for Tulsa at this year's tournament.
