TULSA vs. THE OWLS
This weekend's series will be the 13th, 14th and 15th games between the Golden Hurricane and Owls. Florida Atlantic leads the all-time series 9-3, which includes sweeping the first meeting as The American foes last season. This weekend will be the first games in the series to be played in Tulsa. The teams have previously met eight times in Boca Raton and once in a neutral field setting. The first meeting between FAU and TU was in 2005 in Miami, a 3-2 win for the Owls.

FAU enters the weekend with 41 wins and just on the outside of the polls, receiving votes in the Coaches and ESPN polls. The Owls are on a seven-game winning streak, their joint-second best of the season. FAU earlier had an 11-game winning streak and opened conference play with eight straight wins. Florida Atlantic has lost just one conference series, at home to North Texas.

Bella Foran leads the team with a .444 batting average as a freshman. She is one hit short of Jesiana Mora for the team lead in hits. Mora has collected a .372 batting average and leads the team with 48 runs scored, eight home runs, 12 doubles and 16 stolen bases. Her 41 RBIs would lead the team if not for Chloe Yeatts, who has driven in 46.

In the circle, the Owls have four pitchers who carry the load. Autumn Courtney has gotten the most innings, throwing 139.2 frames with a 1.90 ERA and 147 strikeouts. In 22 starts and 28 appearances, she's earned a 21-2 record and held opponents to a .158 batting average.

SENIOR DAY
On Sunday, the Golden Hurricane will celebrate the careers of four seniors playing their final games in front of the home crowd at the Collins Family Softball Complex. Danielle Burns, Paige Knight, Celeste Wood and Alexa Hopkins will be the four seniors honored on Sunday.
