OUTDOOR: Ran in five meets … recorded a personal-best time of 50.97 in the 400m dash at the John McDonnell Invite … turned in a season-best time of 54.10 in the 400m hurdles at The American Championship … posted a season-best time of 11.35 in the 100m dash at the ORU Invitational.
INDOOR: Ran in both meets … recorded a season-best time of 51.42 in the 400m run at the Division I Challenge … also at the Challenge, turned in a time of 3:23.60 in the 4x400m relay.
2019-20
OUTDOOR: Outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
INDOOR: Was a leg on the 4x400-meter relay squad at The American Indoor Track and Field Championships that finished at 3:27.01 … at Crimson & Gold Invitational, competed in the 200 (22.89) and 300-meter (35.77) dashes … clocked in a season-best 50.84 in the 400-meter dash at the Iowa State Classic.
