TULSA: A 10-time letterwinner … a three-time cross country all-conference selection and an outdoor track all-conference honoree … a Midwest All-Region cross country runner.
2023-24
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets … clocked a 24:36.99 performance at the Loyola Lakefront Invite (8,000m) to finish fifth on the team and 57th overall … completed the 8,000m course at the Nuttycombe Invitational in 25:08.6 as Tulsa’s sixth finisher … helped the Hurricane men to their 10th consecutive AAC title, finishing the 8,000m conference championship course seventh overall and second on the team in 23:07.6 to earn all-conference honors … navigated the 10,000m course at the Midwest Regional in 30:58.5 to finish second on the team and 16th overall, earning All-Midwest Region honors.

OUTDOOR: Ran in four meets... clocked a personal best of 14:00.84 in the Payton Jordan Invite 5,000m run, taking fifth place... won first place in the ORU Invite 1,500m with a personal best time of 3:49.24... competed in the AAC Championships 10,000m, finishing with a time of 31:36.30 for third place.
