2017 (Outdoor): Placed ninth at the Arkansas Spring meet in the shot put with a mark of 13.20 meters (43-3.75).
2016 (Outdoor): Placed 12th in the shot put at The American Outdoor Championships … finished second in the discus at the Arkansas Twilight … finished 10th in the shot put at the Oklahoma John Jacobs Invitational and Arkansas Spring Invitational.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and field at The Kinkaid School… also earned four letters in basketball and volleyball.
Personal: Born May 8, 1997 … daughter of Terrence and Tyonia Gomez … she also plays basketball at TU … her favorite movie is “Dirty Dancing” … her favorite TV Show is “Law and Order: SVU” … her favorite actor is the late Patrick Swayze … her favorite food is anything her dad cooks … the most memorable place she’s visited is Louisiana … her craziest ambition is to go bungee jumping … her favorite musical group is One Direction … shr is a biology major.
