Lubbock, Texas - The second round of the Jeannine McHaney Invitational at The Rawls Course in Lubbock, Texas, will be cancelled today due to rain. With rain forecasted to last throughout the day, the 54-hole event will be cut to 36 and will resume play tomorrow with the remaining 18 holes.
Play will resume at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow with a shotgun start.
Tulsa will enter Sunday's final round in eighth place with a score of 305. The Hurricane trails first-place SMU by 14 strokes, and is only four strokes behind fifth place.
Freshman Leisl Hasbrouck leads the way for the Hurricane with a two-over par 74 for 13th place, while a trio of golfers finished the first round with five-over par 77 totals. Senior Lee-Anne Pace, junior Cas Bridge and sophomore Anna-Christina Kindgren are tied for 42nd place following their opening rounds of 77.
