Tulsa Head Coach Doug Wojcik:
It didn't look like you had a 10-day layoff...
"I thought the coaching staff did a good job of managing the time off, and I thought the players were excited to play. They're rested. Ben got done with his finals earlier in the week and you can tell he was pretty eager. A couple guys had afternoon exams today."
"There were a lot of things to be proud of tonight, but we took care of the basketball. I was proud to see the 2-to-1 assist to turnover ratio, led by Ben's 8 assists and no turnovers, and of course the +26 rebounding. That's important to us right now. They're doing what we've asked them to do. I thought our guys really maintained the defensive intensity."
Talk about shooting against the zone...
"We thought they'd play zone, but I didn't think they'd start the game with it. I was really pleased with our poise on that first possession. We hit the short corner with Jerome and reversed the ball. Justin was wide open on the opposite side and knocked down the three, and that really set the tone for us. We haven't seen a lot of zone, so this is a good game for us. People will have to look at that shooting percentage from three and question if that's the right thing to do against us. It gives us a lot of confidence. Probably the biggest four three-pointers that I was most proud of and happy to see was Glenn Andrews' two three-pointers and Bryson Pope's two."

On the three-point shooting...
"We definitely prepped well for shooting the ball for this game, and it showed tonight. We had an idea that they were going to force us to play a perimeter game and we did a good job knocking them down."
On the 10-day layoff...
"The funny thing is that I was kind of worried that we might have to shake off some rust coming into tonight's game. We are just clicking right now. We have just come out and played with great intensity on both ends [of the floor]. It feels real good."
On returning to the lineup...
"It feels real good to finally get into a game situation. The first three-pointer felt really good. It is a shot that I know I can make and I felt confident with it."
On how the knee feels...
"It is going pretty good. My body is getting use to the workload. Overnight, we will see how it goes and that's basically it."
