Tulsa Rowers Set to Compete at Knecht Cup this Weekend

Tulsa, Oklahoma - The Tulsa rowing team will compete in the Knecht Cup this weekend on Mercer Lake in West Windsor Township, N.J. The regatta will feature 70 schools from across in the country.
TU will race in the Varsity 8+, 2nd Varsity 8+, 3rd Varsity 8+, Varsity 4+, 2nd Varsity 4+, Lightweight 4+ and Novice 4+ events.
"We are really excited to travel to New Jersey this week," Head Coach Kevin Harris said. "The Knecht Cup will be our biggest test of the season to date with 32 Varsity 8's racing. We'll also see most of the teams in our conference so the regatta has consequences for the end of the year. Our women have been working hard and are ready to go show their stuff this weekend."
