TULSA, Okla. ― The Tulsa women's tennis team will play host this weekend, November 5-7, to Central Arkansas, Houston, and Wichita State at the Hurricane Invite, played at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.

Tulsa last competed at the ITA Central Regional Championship in Iowa on October 21-25. The duos of Valeryia Rozenkova/Maria Berlanga Bandera and Laia Conde Monfort/Shura Poppe both made it to the round of 16 in the double's tournament, while Conde Monfort advanced to the round of 16 in the singles bracket, the best finish of any Tulsa single player.

Through the first events of the fall, Tulsa has accumulated a 30-20 singles record, and a 13-10 doubles record. Ana Naranjo Martinez is team-best 6-1 this season, and currently on a two-match win streak while Martinez and Lily Hutchings are 4-1 in doubles play so far.

Play is scheduled to begin at 2 pm on Friday, 10 am on Saturday, and 9 am on Sunday. Times may change due to potential weather. All matches are slated for the outdoor courts.

This weekend's Hurricane Invite will be the final competition of the fall season for Tulsa.
