Tulsa Golfers Back in Action This Week

WEEKLY NOTES

KYLE, Texas –– The Tulsa women's golf team will be back in action after opening the 2020-21 season last week. The Hurricane plays at the 2021 Texas State Invitational, Monday-Tuesday, Feb. 8-9, at the par-72, 6,249-yard Plum Creek Golf Course.
 
The Tulsa women placed 7th in a 14-team field last week at the Trinity Forest Invitational with rounds of 302-308-298 for a total score of 907. Haley Greb turned in Tulsa's best individual finish in seventh place, while Lorena Tseng placed 11th overall.
 
This week's 16-team field includes fellow American Athletic Conference members Houston and Wichita State, and host Texas State, Rutgers, Idaho, UTSA, Lamar, Little Rock, UCA, Incarnate Word, Houston Baptist, Sam Houston State, Louisiana-Monroe, Texas A&M-CC and Texas-Rio Grande Valley.
