Tulsa Men’s Tennis ITA Men’s All-American Championships Underway

Tulsa, Okla. — The University of Tulsa men's tennis team hosts the ITA Men's All-American Championships for the 17^th year in a row at the Michael D. Case Center on the Tulsa campus and the Case Tennis Center in LaFortune Park.

Starting on Saturday, Oct. 1, over 500 of the nation's top collegiate tennis players from up to 100 schools will come together in Tulsa to play in the first major national championship of the fall season.

The nine-day tournament will feature a Pre-Qualifying Singles Draw, along with a Qualifying Draw and Main Draw for both singles and doubles play. Nineteen of the top twenty-ranked players in the ITA Collegiate Tennis National Preseason Rankings will compete in the Main Singles Draw.

Director of Tennis and Men's Tennis Head Coach Vince Westbrook will have seven athletes from his squad competing in the event. Seniors Connor Di Marco and Stefan Hampe will star in the Main Singles Draw of the tournament. Playing in the Qualifying Singles Draw are seniors Adham Gaber, Ezequiel Santalla and Daniel Siddall along with freshman Timothy Carlsson Seger. Freshman Gus Tettamble will appear in the Pre-Qualifying draw.

The Golden Hurricane will have two doubles teams hit the courts. Gaber and Santalla will pair up in the Main Doubles Draw, while the Seger and Siddall duo will compete in the Qualifying Doubles Draw.

The Pre-Qualifying Rounds will take place Oct. 1-2, while the Qualifying Rounds run from Oct. 3-4. The Main Draws will span from Oct. 5-9.
