Three Former Tulsa Rowers to Race at 2022 World Rowing Championships

Three former Tulsa rowers will compete against each other in the Lightweight Women's Double Sculls at the 2022 World Rowing Championships in Racice, Czech Republic.
 
"Having three former rowers racing off at the world championships is a testimony to the coaching and athlete development that has happened here at TU over the years," Head Coach Brandon Campbell said.  "All of us here involved with the program wish them the very best and will be following the results closely."
 
Lucy Coleman (2017-18) will race with her teammate Anneka Reardon and represent Australia, while Jennifer Casson (2013-17) and teammate Jill Moffatt will represent Canada, and Michelle Sechser (2004-08) and her teammate Mary Reckford will represent the United States.
 
The teams are set to compete throughout the week with races beginning on Monday, Sept. 19 and concluding on Saturday, Sept. 24.
 
Casson and Sechser competed against each other in the same event at the 2021 Olympics.
