A Defensive Presence
• Senior transfer Caranda Perea has averaged 18 minutes in a reserve role in Tulsa's first two games.
• The Temple transfer has made a presence defensively with 4.0 defensive rebounds, four blocked shots and two steals.

• Of Tulsa's 89 points in the season-opening win at Lindenwood, three Tulsa players combined to score all but eight of those points.
• The 81 points came from juniors Delanie Crawford and Temira Poindexter and senior Katia Gallegos.
• Crawford had a career-high 35 points, Temira Poindexter was one-point shy of her career-best with 28 points and Gallegos tallied 18 points for the most points in her Tulsa career.

Temira Poindexter ranks 19th with 884 points and is currently eighth in career points per game (14.7) at TU
Katia Gallegos has also reached the 1,000-point mark as she has 1,032 career points, including 967 in three seasons at UTEP and 65 points at Tulsa.

An Accurate Career Shooter
Katelyn Levings (.524 = 33-63) and Ahrray Young (.522 = 70-134) have earned their way onto the career field goal percentage list, ranking third and fourth, respectively. 
Hadley Periman owns a 38.9 three-point field goal percentage (7-18), earning her the No. 2 slot on the career chart, while Delanie Crawford is fifth (.373 = 90-241).

Nelp in Openers
• Head Coach Angie Nelp's three Tulsa teams have opened the season with victories, including this year's 89-81 win at Lindenwood.
• Nelp is now 2-0 when opening on the road. In addition to this year, Nelp's first career win at Tulsa came at Oklahoma State on December 13, 2020 by a score of 69-62.
