TULSA, Okla. —
The University of Tulsa women's tennis team (6-3) is set to host long-time rival Wichita State in its first head-to-head conference match of the spring season.

Streaming on Track.Tennis, the dual match will begin Saturday, Feb. 18, at 1 p.m. in the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.

At 6-3 overall, the Golden Hurricane enters the weekend as the winningest team in the American Athletic Conference. Wichita State stands at 4-1 in a three-way tie—with Temple and UCF—for the league's best win percentage (.800).

Wichita State is currently on a four-match win streak after dropping their season-opening match to Kansas (2-1). Throughout their current run, which includes wins over Oral Roberts (0-4), Drake (4-3), Abilene Christian (4-5) and UT Arlington (3-1), the Shockers have only given up three points.

TU has won five of the last six meetings against Wichita State, including a dominant 4-0 shutout over the Shockers in Wichita last season. A Tulsa win on Saturday would tie the overall series between the Hurricane and the Shockers at 22-22.
