TULSA, Okla. — With a fresh national ranking of 61 in Tuesday's ITA poll, the Tulsa men's tennis team is set to host the 60th-ranked Arkansas Razorbacks in the Michael D. Case Tennis Center Wednesday at 5 p.m.

The Tulsa-Arkansas match will stream on ESPN+ for the first-ever ESPN-broadcast match in the history of the Michael D. Case Tennis Center. Fans unable to attend the action in person can subscribe to ESPN+ to watch select Golden Hurricane tennis, volleyball, soccer, softball and basketball games. ESPN+ is offered at $9.99/month or $99.99/year. To subscribe, go to plus.espn.com. Fans will be able to access ESPN+ content only after they have subscribed.

This is the 36th meeting in a series that dates back to 1985, in which Arkansas leads 21-14. The Razorbacks won the first nine meetings before TU got its first win in 2005. Then from 2007-2016, Tulsa won 10 in a row over the Hogs. Arkansas has won three of the last five meetings, including last year's matchup in Fayetteville, 4-1. Tulsa's last win came at home, 4-3, on Feb. 16, 2022.

Like Tulsa, Arkansas' singles lineup does not feature a ranked player. The Razorbacks' current lineup is headlined by Melvin Manuel, who is 10-3 on the year and 6-2 in dual matches across the No. 2 and 3 positions, with two wins over ranked players so far this season. Gerard Planelles is 11-6 overall and 4-3 in the spring at the top of the lineup.

Manuel and Jared Horwood form Arkansas' premiere doubles tandem with a 5-2 overall record at the No. 1 position. The pair is ranked No. 45 in the nation heading into Wednesday's action.

Seniors Callum Gale (4-2) and Pierce Rollins (4-3) each lead Tulsa's singles roster with four wins apiece so far this spring season.

The newly computerized rankings from the ITA awarded Rollins and sophomore Timothy Carlsson Seger a doubles ranking of 55. Together, they hold Tulsa's best doubles record of 5-2 and last competed together in the ITA Central Regional Championships in October.
