Tulsa Finishes Seventh at OU Intercollegiate

HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The Tulsa Women's Golf team finished the inaugural University of Oklahoma Intercollegiate presented by PDI with a seventh-place finish. TU shot a score of 37-over par 597.
The 54-hole event was reduced to 36 holes due to the weather.

Leading the way for the Golden Hurricane at the OU Intercollegiate was Romaine Masserey. She shot rounds of three-over par and four-over par. She finished in a tie for 21st at seven-over par 174.
Right behind Masserey was her teammate, Samantha Olson. In the final round of the event, Olson shot two-over par 72. She finished the event eight-over par 148 for a tied for 23rd place finish.
Jenni Roller had the third-best score for the Golden Hurricane at the event. Roller concluded the event with a 10-over-par 150. She earned a tied-for-29th-place finish.
Jeanne Pagnier and Allyn Stephens rounded out the TU team at the event. Paginer shot rounds of seven-over par and 10-over par to finish tied for 54th at 17-over par for the tournament. Stephens finished tied for 66th with a score of 21-over par 161.
Hanna Robbinett, who was playing as an individual, finished in 68th place. She shot back-to-back rounds of 11-over par 81. She finished 22-over par 162 for the 36-hole event.
Tulsa returns to action on Monday, Oct. 13, when it hosts the Dale McNamara Invitational at Cedar Ridge County Club.
